Information on the processing of personal data in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/03. The personal data are supplied voluntarily by the party concerned. If they are not supplied, the service cannot be provided.

The personal data will be processed by TOR-MEC and by its companies using automated and/or manual procedures only for the purposes for which they have been gathered and for the time that is strictly necessary. They will be deleted immediately if the interested party withdraws his permission. The data will not be disclosed or divulged to third parties. 

Any statistics on visitors to the website (pages visited, pages downloaded, etc) will be compiled in a strictly anonymous manner and for the sole purpose of improving the site and the services provided by TOR-MEC

The party concerned is entitled to obtain at any moment confirmation of the existence or absence of the data, have them deleted, updated or rectified (article 7 Italian Legislative Decree 196/03) by writing to the email address daniele.b@venetaweb.it

Specific security measures have been taken to prevent the loss of data, improper use, unauthorised access or unauthorised treatment of data or processing of data for purposes other than the purposes for which the data were gathered.

Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature and no persistent cookies are used, i.e. systems for tracking users.

The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored in the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is shut down) is strictly limited to the transmission of session data that are required to enable the website to be explored securely and efficiently.

Session cookies are used on this website to avoid using other IT techniques that could jeopardise the confidentiality of users’ visits and might not enable the data identifying the user to be acquired.
