Information on the processing of personal data in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/03. The personal data are supplied voluntarily by the party concerned. If they are not supplied, the service cannot be provided.

The personal data will be processed by TOR-MEC and by its companies using automated and/or manual procedures only for the purposes for which they have been gathered and for the time that is strictly necessary. They will be deleted immediately if the interested party withdraws his permission. The data will not be disclosed or divulged to third parties. 

Any statistics on visitors to the website (pages visited, pages downloaded, etc) will be compiled in a strictly anonymous manner and for the sole purpose of improving the site and the services provided by TOR-MEC

The party concerned is entitled to obtain at any moment confirmation of the existence or absence of the data, have them deleted, updated or rectified (article 7 Italian Legislative Decree 196/03) by writing to the email address daniele.b@venetaweb.it
